Frankie dream is dashed

FRANKIE star Paul Rutherdford has had to put off his big dream of opening his own clothes shops - because he can’t afford to stock them.

Paul planned to open boutiques in London and Liverpool later this year.

Rutherford had been taking advice from leading boutiques.

But a year out of the charts has left him too low on readies to be able to afford to stock clobber by his favourite trendy designers, like Jean-Paul Gaultier and Yohj Yamamoto.

A Frankie aide said: “It’s still Paul’s big ambition, but he’s had to postpone it for now.”
