Frankie Goes to Hollywood are to perform their first ever live European concerts, as one of the headline acts on the huge pan-European ‘Europe A Go-Go’ TV rock show. Tyne Tees TV’s ‘The Tube’ will be providing the UK’s contribution to the show — shown in 13 continental countries to an estimated 200 million audience when The Frankies take the live stage at the company’s Newcastle studios.

The group have also finally announced plans for their first tour since the massive success of their controversial debut single ‘Relax’. It will take in 13 UK dates, with the possibility of more being added where schedules permit. Some European dates and a new single are also being planned.
